NTR stands for Netorase/Netorare/Netori. There are 3 types of Netorare IIRC. NTR A, B, and C
Netori: Protag(the player) does the stealing.
Netorase: Straight up willing cuckhold. This kind of netorare is orchestrated by the deliberate actions (or inaction) of the protagonist.
Type A: The heroine is willingly cheating on the protagonist with another guy and enjoys every second of it. No rape, blackmail, drugs etc. involved, it's consensual sex from the very beginning.
Type B: Initially, the heroine is raped, blackmailed, drugged or otherwise tricked to have sex with someone other than the protagonist. However, she eventually starts enjoying it and the sex becomes fully consensual in the end.
Type C: The heroine is raped in front of the protagonist and he can only helplessly watch it. It's non-consensual from start to finish.

Some people get off on being cucked. It's probably not a game for you if you don't (I've personally filed this one in the not interested category), as that seems to be the idea behind the game. It's a bit weird since it's your sister anyway, so not really cucking to begin with, but whatever.

Game is cringy beyond belief and the dialogue is atrocious. Could not get past the first 10-15 minutes, the sister lezzie scene was just awful.

here is my unofficial android port of Quarantined Sex v0.35.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Things like the MC visiting a fitness studio or maybe a dojo and becoming stronger but also more confident in himself would be fine.
