All 3 endings, and most of the scenes(it's hard to get all of them as they are random and you can easly miss ones that require lower corruption)

You'll have to make her lose her virginity to get both ending B and A. The event that triggers the route to both of those branching is Hana having sex with Shia by selecting 'Assault Shia' upon talking to Shia. For her to assault Shia, Hana needs to be proactive in sex and initiate it. The only way to make her proactive is to have a lot of sex
Ty all I could find was people being vague about it. I have no problem with the MC having sex I just wanted to know if I had hit the end of the content available while a virgin. I didn't know if the "corruption"/ other stats was what allowed you go down that route or if it was just sex. Though it sounds like you can screw yourself by not doing ending C first. Which reinforces my idea that it is meant to be the "Virgin" route/ending.

In ending A there is a picture of Shia pregnant, but dude it's hella hard to complete all 61 scenes

It will work, but as I said on the 1.03 update, due to the fact that the data is cached inside the save, the Title menu that I fixed won't be applied unless you start up a new fresh save from a New Game. If you don't mind having a certain Title description going out of the text box (but not cut), you can apply the update and continue.

This game doesn't have a New Game + unfortunately, you'll only be prompted to return to right before entering the ending. So, yes, you'll have to restart your playthrough from the very beginning, choosing New Game and going from a new fresh save to ever update the Title menu.

No you can't restore her virginity lol. Once she loses it, it's definite and once you enter the route leading to both branch A and B, you'll be locked out of ending C.

No you don't have to. You can get ending A and B by just whoring Hana out and have sex with Shia after assaulting her, and then become each other's bride.
