how to install incest patch? i placed the file in OP in 'game' folder but still it isn't installed.

Someday someone will step up and do it maybe. Probably too complex.
Here is my basic walk thru. Say yes to everything if your goal is to see the most content. But even then you just aren't going to see it all in one play through. If you say yes it seems like you see most content.
Femdom/Dom Janice say yes to f'n Janice in beginning, tell Rob about wanting to f Janice later.
Say yes to classic cars and spy on girl
Say yes to Gena
Say Yes to Stacy
Say yes to Abby
Say yes to Sofia
Just say yes...

Did you rename the file? I haven't tested latest versions yet, just started the download for v0.03b game but the incest patch I downloaded is named "Banking_on_Bella-Patch-pc.rpa" so I suspect it should be renamed to "Patch.rpa" and then copied/placed in the /game subfolder of the folder where you installed the game. The OP really should include the install instructions for the incest patch so as to avoid problems. Try renaming the file and see if that fixes the problem for you.

Extras: IN-GAME MOD
That's actually "Banking on Bella - OscarSix's Walkthrough, Scene Gallery, Cheat, Improvements Mod" so you get an in-game walkthrough plus more.
EDIT: Just checked there myself for the latest version and I see you've posted there so you already know about the mod. But I think I'll just leave this here to (hopefully) help others.

that mod works perfectly but it does not tell us what content we will miss if we go for a specific route. in a walkthrough pdf we can actually get the idea of missing contents.Check the OP, where it says:

i tried what you said and it still did not work. the only way to check if incest patch is working or not is not see gena's 2nd scene in gallery. if it ends early patch is not installed. have you figured out the way to make incest patch work?

Sorry to say I haven't even tried it yet, but I've just checked the file properties on the Incest Patch I downloaded last week and it has the same "Modified" date as the Incest Patch I downloaded months ago! So, at this point I'd hazard a guess that the Incest Patch hasn't actually been updated for the latest game version, which is why it isn't working.
Just played the game for the first time. Is it just me or is the writing funny as hell . I laughed quite a few times at the mc's internal monolgue.
Definitely keeping an eye out for future updates.

This game is black tar heroin (aka the sexiest of the sexiest), its on par with Bad Teacher, RIP Windward.
The writing is strong and funny. The models are solid and the game itself is just fun. I love that there are different ways to approach the sex scenes, and thats what makes it soooo sexy.
I hope as we get to know the characters more we get a few moments to be close to the without sex. Other kinds of intimacy can make the game even hotter. Great job, Devs.
