You have to beat the game and revisit the first map. While working, Hana will show up at the checkpoint once again and chat with you for a bit. On the next visit to the first map, the button should be there. Both Chrisia and Hana will ask you to take them on your next day off. You can date both girls, but not on the same day.
Make sure your playing 1.52 in .50 he was bugged. Check the folder or change log though, the title screen has the wrong version number. Talk to Paula at the palace first, just in case it matters don't be using the red flag.

English Fix etc hasn't been updated since 1.32 it won't work properly. The for 1.51 will work, but you'll have to merge the patches and the games files. Instruction linked in it's post.

If you mean the one from Procrastinatus it comes already installed to the game.
It comes already installed to the game. Just go to it's thread and get the download from there, that is it there is nothing else needed for the mod from Procrastinatus. If there was I would have at least the mentioned it.
Oh I found them, I thought it only had the mod files. Seems I mistook it for another archive that I got named [TIGK] Mods, but I went to the thread you mentioned and got it again. Cheers!
