Thanks for the feedback, was able to fix a few things as a result.
Below are a few notes:

Education - Household skill - Clean the room by Carl - don`t improve the Household skill to 1
Education - Household skill - Watering the plants by Edna - don`t improve the Household skill to 1
Education - Bible skill? - Reading the bible by Edna - don`t improve the Bible skill to 1 (I think that you can improve it there)
- I haven't changed anything with Edna or Carl, so this should work all since 0.25

Status (is this right that it go down?)
Relationship go down from the people you meet when you don`t talk with them and so on.
- Right, if it's above 20, it reduces by 2 every day

Nick (Vip Status)
Buy - Customer Level to low - beer, dog food and watch
- Yes this is indeed a bug, but it doesn't matter since the items are still without function.

in the garage by the targets I see no changes
- If you were at Teddy in the lobby, there should be a button with Nick's face on it. As soon as you have done this, the button in the garage should also change.

You can`t improve the relationship so you miss Part 3 & 4 (in the cinema you can see that it is locked)
- You can increase Vicky's stats when you buy the expansions at the hot dog stand. This should be enough to complete the tasks at her home.

Saves
All saves from 0.30 are damaged and not playable anymore, I tried it a moment ago I don`t know if the cheating money have anything to do with this

- That's why I had written to better start a new game. The error message indicates a missing value, which is no longer contained in the game. So it's not because of the hard disk.


For all errors that don't let the game start at all, try another AI under Settings. Unfortunately I can't say anything else, because the developer of the engine doesn't answer anymore.

In true edensin fashion like in previous game, saves are not working with new version. I was hoping problem with save compatibility would be resolved in a new game. Even in visual novel game type starting from the beginning is a chore, not to mention grindy games such as this one. Yea, new things are added, but it's not worth to play every time from the start all over again, grinding money and relations for the 100th time just to see sleight variation to the same scenes.

So my question to the Icebaer3 , do you plan to make saves compatible with future versions or save problem is here to stay? If you can't integrate saves to work with every update release, it's just better to wait for the end of the game if we ever see end to the project. I wouldn't even bother to write all of this if i didn't like your games, but having to start from the beginning every time new update is released is not worth it.

I had the problem too and I changed the API to Direct X9(Open the Settings and on the right you see the API). If X9 isnt working try a other one.

Sadly didnt work. Did try OpenGL,X9,X11 and in both windowed. Will try again after re downloading 0.30.
Totally forgot to look *read this* as 0.25 worked fine

i had a conversation with the dev and he told me that he will revise/remove that with next update
EDIT:
Even more when you get points and unlock stuff, but focus on something else and next day when you want to solve the unlocked content your points are down and you cant do that anymore and there is no way to re-raise the points (for example vicky)

You must unlock Larry. You can find Dildos and Larry on some places look around.

Right - Avast blocked it. Disabled AV and it ran fine.

Dateizugriff verweigert = File Access Denied.

Cant start 0.30 Candyman exe gives error Dateizugriff verweigert. I dont understand german(think it is german). Is only possible solution to re-download or is there other solutions

EDIT: Downloaded booth Workupload and Mega but both give same error.

Disable AV (at your own risk of course).
Worked for me.
