Last I checked (just did) the incest tag doesn't have a feature where you hover over it and it mentions anything about dialogue or the story of MIST. It just says incest. It tells the you what but not the who. So it could be the first, second, or third girl. Or even the monster girl. Ergo, you did in fact spoil some of the storyline for someone if that was read before they got to that point in the game.
