This is the second run of an old piracy website and started life as another piracy site.
The reason devs started making accounts is the smarter ones got wise to the amount of traffic that comes through sites like this and started using them to advertise their games.
This site alone has over 4 million accounts, might be closer to 5 million now. That's a lot of traffic and a lot of people for devs to get to notice their game.
They were getting pirated anyway so why not join and try and convert some of them to paying players so that's what they did.
It's still a piracy forum just devs know how to play it now. The object of the forum is still the same, pirating adult games.

If you're referring to the fact that the MC works at an extremely exclusive "gentleman's club" which employs various ladies as courtesans (not prostitutes, there's a difference although it's the same line of work) and that you can involve yourself with them, then yes, that's still the game.

Fun fact : There is no piracy if people don't give a fuck about anything but themselves. These games are here because someone who paid for them wanted to share with others.Could do better? Sure, but like i said this is a piracy forum and the majority of people don't give a fuck about anything but themselfs. So i wouldn't expect anything from them.
It is not quite as simple as you make it out to be. I, for one, normally wait for the free versions to arrive on F95, only rarely I play the pirated ones.
And games I like I try to support, so I sincerely hope TD1900 and GIL3D will get alternate methods of supporting them beside Patreon! Because a) I will never ever again throw money down the throat of these holier-than-thou, hypocrite sinkholes at Patreon and b) I´m coming from a society where cash and bank debit cards are still king. I cancelled my credit card years ago, because at it´s heart, credit cards are sh... and not needed here.
But I still want to support "Pale Carnations" because TD and Gil make a fracking great game, far above the mass you find here or elsewhere! So as said, I hope there will be alternate options to support them!

The site was set up as a piracy site, that was and will always be it's purpose. How you or anyone else uses it doesn't change the reason this site was created.

There is nothing worth arguing about here, folks. People who care about the devs work and the game will keep supporting, regardless of when the leak occurs here. It may reduce income slightly, but a public release was coming, so it's not an apocalypse...and this site is good for spreading word about new games. Arguably less useful for established ones.
I would encourage those who can to contribute something to TD and Gil if you like the game, though. A ton of work does go into it.

some of us here are on f95zone are grateful for it's services, platform, support and the all the things they share(Not to mention community) !I also have conversation with some of game dev(I am also grateful for all dev here, not only they share game but sometimes provide technical support regarding game) and they in support of sharing game so If you are so against piracy or should I say sharing. Please move on from this platform.
Binged it, blindly managed to unlock all scenes, it was great. The story remains captivating. The only part that looked weird to me was a cunnilingus scene where the receiving girls pants were still near the top of her legs and should clearly have been in the way .. but i'm already anticipating the continuation.
