Yes, barring catastrophe, there will be a March release. Not sure if it will be on the 21st, though.
I'm on a creative roll, so the ideas are flowing. I just don't have as much time to work on the project since I'm doing my 90 minute commute each way now instead of working at home all the time like I was when I first started this VN.
