Extra Lines Incest Mod should be compatible with any mod, as long you do not use any translation mods. But it would not make sense to use translations and an english incest mod together.
That's great to know that you say yours is compatible with any mod (with exceptions for translations) - however, It takes longer to explain that than just say "don't use more than one mod at a time". And if you actually want an answer - go ask on Picarto during one of his nearly daily streams.It's infuriating, it's been two years since the tech update, why isn't the developer hiring someone to help with the work and deliver the update sooner man.
As someone with a lot of coding experience you have to realize that tech updates are entirely different than content updates. Content you can more or less predict because you go through cycles you get used to. Tech updates rarely go as planned. The work is more tedious and more trial and error intensive. I haven't seen a sweeping tech update that was ever done in a short amount of time.
