Because it was there before it was here. Not like it matters they are a huge site, and this game usually alwasy leaks before public and it's usually only a day or two before public anyway.
Yeah, I agree. This is why about 3 years ago I made a spreadsheet to add the name of the ones I believe may have potential in the future and add a score from (3 to 5 stars) based on the inital release. Then wait roughly a year before downloading it again (hoping for more content) and all I do is follow the threads and comments. Funny enough and it actually applies to quite a few VN's, some of the threads are way more entertaining than the actual VN itself, thanks to the quality of jokers and entertainers we have on this site
. Some of the VN's I have in my spreadsheet are set for review in 1 1/2 years to 2 years (due to slow burn comments and lack of content in threads). Many times I don't even get to download it again as it's been abandonned by the time I check back on them. And anything below 3 stars in the rating I don't even bother with and just ignore. If you're able I suggest you keep your expectations low and be patient (be very patient) .

I just didn't use any patch. Because I know there are problems with it if it does not match the game version. After all, there is no patch for version 13.
I think a lot of it had to do with the sudden nuclear bomb that was set off at Patreon. Lost a gigantic revenue stream, and things slowed down a ton.
