Hillside dev did what TLG should've done, he admitted the update is rushed and he isn't happy with it, but he's burnt out, will take a break to find the passion again and freeze pledges.

with the final update post. I feel like he will come back sooner or later. The man just burned out (I would do the same if I was him) with how he's pushing himself. and with all the bugs just like sancho and other modders said. It will take a hell lot of motivation to continue.

He didn't just burn out, he burned all his bridges. I don't think there's a lot to be optimistic about, but since we all apparently literally know nothing about what happened, I'm just going to hope they're okay and let it be (aaaaannndddd keep this on watch just in case a miracle happens ...)

I asked Patron for any reason why TLG site was removed they have yet to respond, but when you look up TLG Games on Goggle you get a lot of other links to other than TLGGames with the TLG tag so I thought a cease and desist may have caused this but then I found other 3rd party sites with TLG "A.O.A still showing just like this site. and with all the commitments' on this thread I have come to the conclusion as many of us have, THE GAME AND DEV ARE GONE. time to move on.

Honestly with how quick and thoroughly everything was shut down it makes me think legal issues.

Rather heartbreaking, was so looking forward to more of the AoA story. Kinda feels like coming back to an empty house, everything and everyone is gone and there isn't a note telling why.
I do hope TLG is ok, still think an explanation should have been given to fans.

The longer one of these games seems to be, the more I believe it will eventually be abandoned because the developer will grow tired of it. Badik being the only exception I can think of, even then, that game will end in like, 2030.

I just wished he passed the project on to somebody else if he really don't want anything to do with the vn anymore. If not that at least share the source of the assets so maybe someone can pick it up or even just do fan arts and stuff. Deleting the whole Patreon and disappearing is just gonna leave everybody dissapointed and angry...
