Alright, so the fix that Daedroth posted does work! I was able to get to the true ending, but it does still require a little bit of outside tinkering, for anyone else who wants to see the true ending. Because the game in the OP is encrypted, you have to decrypt the .rgss3a file first, paste the patch into the Extract folder, place the updated Data and Graphics folders into the game directory with the Game.exe file, and delete the old .rgss3a file. Of course, I'm sure there's probably a way to repack the Data and Graphics folders into a new .rgss3a file, but I am quite the noob when it comes to the finer details of RPG Maker, so I'm just sharing how I made it work.

Just as a last bit of potential warning: on a second playthrough, I could still see the Japanese characters on the First Partner section of the H-stats, so you might still run into a problem where the lesbian H-scene doesn't trigger due to some various code shenanigans that I wouldn't begin to know about. If that's the case, the best bet is to just start a New Game from the title screen and work your way from scratch. This is pretty much just for people who went for a lewd first playthrough and want to experience the virgin/true ending on their second. So until that's fixed (or maybe that's fixed already and I'm making a big stink out of nothing; I would check it out myself, but I think I've played this game enough for a while), I'd recommend new players to start with a virgin playthrough, and then do a super lewd one in your subsequent ones.

Edit: The bug mentioned on the paragraph above has been fixed thanks to a new patch by Daedroth below. You also don't have to do the steps in the first paragraph if you just download the pre-patched game below.

Not a bad game, reminds me of classic old style with decent artwork, would have been much better if it had scenes change depending on your job equipped, so scenes show them with different outfits and damage clothes appearance, I also think having the same jobs for both of them so scenes are extended and different probably would have made this near perfect game.

Karen - Warrior: After clearing out the goblin mine, go back to the Nohan Guild and report the quest with the note on the far left. The game already reminds you about it, but I figured I might as well double down here.

Karen - Dancer: Progress through the story; you'll have to get this class in order to advance.
Elysia - Maid: Ditto, have to get this class. If you got the Dancer class or this one first, you have to rest at an inn in order to be able to activate the other event to get the other class; you can only do one H-scene activity per day. You can also use the Sand Hourglass the ero-item merchant sells in Nohan to advance the day, but it's pretty pricey at 5000 G, so only get it if you're racking up money and can afford it.

Karen - Prostitute: Get 25 Lewdness (don't have to lose virginity), go into the Brothel in Imperial City Linguardo, and go to the second floor (it's at the top-left of the area). Talk to the host on the right, and agree to become a prostitute. I don't know if getting the class negates the lesbian H-scene, so I'd recommend either making a save before you do it or wait until after getting the lesbian H-scene if you also want the true ending. If you're doing a fairly lewdless playthrough and still want to get this class, I recommend having Karen dance, recruit the mercenary in the Guild via your body, and then resting at the inn and having Nicol sneak into Karen's room; afterwards, just repeat the cycle. That's what I did, anyway.
Elysia - Prostitute: Same with the above, just talk to the host on the left on the 2nd floor instead. Elysia should rack up enough lewd points via the story without having to grind lewd points like you might have to with Karen.

Karen & Elysia - Slave Fighter: After a certain point in the story, you'll be able to return to the Knight's Area - Alfallen. Do so and sign up at the Stadium to fight. Lose one of the fights, and then you will go to the underground arena, forced into the Slave Fighter class and made to fight three fights in order to escape. Each fight has a different H-scene that you might want to see. After winning all three, you'll be let out of the underground arena, and you can now freely switch out of and back into the Slave Fighter class. Note that finishing all the regular stadium fights will prevent you from getting the Slave Fighter class for the rest of the playthrough, and you'll have to go to NG+ in order to get another chance to get it.

Elysia also gets two more classes that you get by advancing the story.

Karen - Beast: Complete the 2.00 side quest that pops up near the end of the game. The walkthrough that Daedroth uploaded on the first page has all the details with pictures, but here's the bare-bones gist of things: (1) accept the very right-most request that pops up in the Nohan Guild, (2) check the upper-right roses in the right side of the Nohan Tavern and Inn, (3) go to Celestial Summit, head south/southwest until you reach a lake and then check the rock to the west of the lake, (4) go to the northern beach of the Pirates' Hideout, and from just below the burnt-out bonfire, head two spaces left and then check the ground. Then, a pirate will appear below a boat in the same area. Talk to him and choose "...I'm sorry, I'll go." Afterwards, it's a pretty straight-forward path to the class. Understand that going through this route is essentially another ending to the game, meaning you will not be able to get the virgin/true ending or even the regular ending after choosing "...I'm sorry, I'll go." After you choose, you'll be stuck on this path until the end of the game. In the Post-Game Room, if you choose the door on the right, you'll be able to transfer all your items, weapons, armor, and classes you got from the last playthrough, including the Beast class.

That should be all the classes in the game, or at least the ones I'm aware of. Hopefully this helps, and that it isn't a bit too late. It definitely is far too wordy, though. Sorry about that. Enjoy!

No pregnancy content to speak of. As for tentacles, there are some scenes. Most of them are your standard, run-of-the-mill, but there are unique ones too. Like Karen's transformation, tentacle restraints and Karen raping Elysia with tentacles.
