Can u tell me why Sophia still need a second or third job when the dept is paid in full after visiting Don brother and he told Don she was clear of all dept

This is a very good question. Some people continue with something to completion because they want to fulfill their commitment. Sophia is a high functioning person who may continue so that she finishes what she said she would do. This would mean that she would continue until the employer could get someone else. However, more likely the side jobs will continue because L&P needs them as a plot device.

Glad someone is asking a constructive question. You're 100% right mate. Story-wise, this absolutely makes no sense.
Edit : Moreover, Story would advance faster with less secondary characters that doesn't bring anything constructive to the Main Cast and is just a pure loss of time. I would rather see more progression with the Original Waiting List.

You need to download a tool which can uncompress .rar archives. I'm not sure I can mention names, so just look for: windows (or mac) uncompress rar.

There was a conversation between Liam and Sophia at the beginning of the game, in which Liam told his wife that the move, the purchase of the house and the ongoing living expenses would put a strain on the family budget. And that he would need a while in his new job until he earns so much that the balance is balanced again. Therefore, he asked Sophia to look for side jobs. That's how I remember it.
