A big part of the problem is the time it takes for him to get a script together for the updates. I used to be a writer for LP very very briefly and I can tell you that he is writing and rendering at the same time with no solid roadmap in place for where the story goes. He only has a general idea for character arcs and last time I talked with him he didn't really have any solid endings planned for the game. I wrote the script for the lesbian sauna update (although the dialogue was heavily altered by LP). It should have been a very simple and quick update considering he wanted to use a lot of the same renders and dialogue from the boyfriend sauna update, but constant rewriting of the script delayed its completion.Yeah, it's all over for him... financial stress settling in and soon general frustration with life and KABOOM ... medical issue, shop closed
(his problem is changing users, who pay 5$ per year and get the complete game, well that's what is worth)
I would release weekly if I were LP and cut the bullshit mentality...

Cos L&P is a perfectionist and that will drag the updates. He'll not be happy with anyone else work. He has to do it all and once finished he'll come up with some reason to improve it and work on it again.

you guys. he expanded the story way too much. way too many paths. he could have explored and finished short paths immediately and moved into core story. now people mass reported his account. its gone. and SS doesnt pay well. this game is over. his updates will get less and less shorter and the game itself will come to a halt
