Go on. I think it was Hanamura who posted the maps, not me, tho. Anyway it's a little messy but there's a huge walkthrough that Hanamura and me made years ago in that website (and some texts could be wrong since now is officially translated).

Ahh... so it does, in my case I used Winrar. I thought it would create a link file leading to the browser page. Guess I should of tried it out first. Usually I left click an attachment on here and it just works. Thanks a lot guys!

There's no an explicit scene of that. You can find Rikana on the toilet but you won't see such scene.
Great game, but god damn this monster encounter rate in the main hall, it's griding my resolve to finish this game every time I reload.

A tip. If you're higher level your encounter rate will be lower. You can try leveling up at first then choose "Give up" at the menu so you'll keep your level and the pests will appear less.
Another tip. Stay away from the shadow tiles, it increases considerably your enemy rate.

for some events, yes. most of these fail events are ntr/guroish so depending on your sensibilities its usually best to try to avoid them. i got freaked out back in the day when fear incarnate caught and killed homura.
some events require very specific triggers, id look at the guide to see how to get these.
most of the normal events are decided by who you brought with you + their affection levels. each character has options they like, for instance Mia likes reassuring answers, and you can also gain it with healing items like gum.
