Honestly, who would be "motivated" to put out an update by all this sniveling or entitlement? We are going to get an update when the dev releases it. Not sure any "encouragement" here will have much effect. This is the same thing throughout this entire site - this is not our first rodeo guys.

How dare people expect a dev to do what they say?
I was supporting this guy on patreon for 8+ months. There is no chance he didn't know the update wouldn't be ready in May and he said nothing until someone asked about it on patreon. Over a month later he still can't give a straight answer.
Where else are we going to bitch about it? My sniveling entitlement might save someone a few bucks who was on the fence about supporting this guy.
Still no update huh ? I get devs have IRL shit, but delays after delays all in a row gets kinda old.
I can understand people's frustration, too many devs doing the same thing these days.

STEP1: Dev delays update.
STEP2 :Comes a bullshit excuse and false promise that it won't happen again.
STEP3 : It happens again and people type their disappointment here.
STEP4 : The mods do what they do best-remove the pages were shit is blowing hot.

My thread wasn't overly rude, just inquisitive. I want to know what's going on with the development of these game, as information recently has been very spotty
I would say so, besides a proofreader I recommended to him, all I saw in the post was testing was needed, but didn't go in to specifics, so it could be code or anything, and if he's the only one who is coding it then it's understandable that he needs to do it.

Bare Witness is there and it's been longer since an update, last month it had Depravity there, and it has not had update in over a year. I'm not sure it being featured on the banner really matters to the dev or not.

you are the only one still talking about the update being late. Also as far as I know the dev "team" is maybe two guys, the writer and renderer, and the proofreader.
