Hi here is a WIN CEST brother sister PATCH made with URM enjoy
Installation: extract the files and put them in the folder named game.
Note: you still have to type brother and sister when the game asks the characters relation in the begining of the game.
Note: I think it will work automaticly after instalation, but if not, open urm (alt+m) and load the text changes.

Like many have already said, very good renders, looks great. It's a very short game and gets to the point quite quickly. The mother looked more like a "sister" to me but what I really liked about this vn was the doctor, she looked a bit older and always nice to see that.
The model for the Dr. is so delicious. If there was a mom son game with her it would be in my top 10

I second that idea, although I think it would also be great if you decided to make a new game based on what was shown in one of Icstor's first short games, called Taboo Request.
In fact, quite a while ago I created a thread in the forum where I presented some ideas for developing new games for any interested dev. The link to said thread is in the spoiler of my signature.

Honestly I don't know if the story is good or not but the fucking Judith model is fucking PERFECT, she's what I call perfection and mfs developers should really learn models like this are the top tier and stop their weird art styles, I fell in love man I hope the story is at least half her beauty "heart eyes emoji"

I know it got canceled but can someone morally take over another persons porn game I guess I could so long as I change the story a little... I'll check out your thread too, I've got a google drive folder with about 45 somewhat finished game ideas but I suck at doing smaller ideas, they always turn into much bigger games than I can take on at the moment I'm glad you like her
So I guess if I was to do the idea above, with a multiversion type thing where I reuse the Adverse Effects characters for other games but keep them under the Adverse Effects umbrella
