To download this from MEGA could I just download the "2021.06.09 - R10" folder, or does it have to be the entire 400+ GB?
Never seen a game that is downloadable in parts. Do I have to download them all at once or can I do one at a time? Also, what are the differences between the parts? Is it like an old-school RPG where you have to have clear data from part 1 to play part 2?

download all parts into the same folder then extract ONLY the first part to wherever you want the game to be (you can relocate it after anyway)
Thanks. I just downloaded all the parts. How do I start the game?. I don't see a start.exe or something along those lines when I unzip the folder
For context, I download the 10 pack so I got em all at once
Disregard my previous question. I didn't have enough space for the game so the files unzipped incorrectly. Cleared the space I needed and got the whole package unzipped perfectly
Another question. How do I get the game to go full screen? I looked in settings and didn't see anything. Please be specific with your instructions
EDIT: Disregard THAT question as well lol. I figured out how to get to full screen by using the initial settings exe file

you can also get fullscreen easily by pressing ALT + ENTER sometimes

Is it just me or does the POV Mod not work anymore or is it missing completely? I looked in the advanced settings in the game and it appears both the Camera Mode mod and POV mod that used to be in there about a year ago I guess are no longer included in the RePack? Is there an update to those?
How many "places" for H-scenes are there? Any list around?
For example, i understand you have to find a bath tube, or a sofa, to unlock certain positions...

POV mod is in option mod folder. You have to install it yourself if you want it.

You can use change location to see marks where you can switch to while h-screen.

I clearly remember being able to sort my inventory back when this game was released. Nothing shows up nowadays when I click the magnifying glass icon in the inventory, which still works fine in the outfit menu. Using Repack R10.

There are no other guys on the entire island and the girls don't stop coming to you, so no. For anything to be NTR, they have to cheat on you, which technically they can through having their H desire as the most needed to be dealt with while another girl is closer than you and within a specific range of them, and it only becomes NTR if that other girl steals her away, meaning she stops coming to you in favor of the other girl. This does not happen as she only goes to whatever is closest to relieving the H desire.
