I actually thought that this would happen, was kinda disappointed it didn't. I know, I know, "NTR fans are trash, there is no need for NTR everywhere yadda yadda" but really, this seemed like the most logical outcome of the bunch

Originally the creator was going to add an NTR route however they opted against it a few years back. Sadly the wording for that scene was never corrected to reflect said change.
Not sure why you insist on keeping around old saves. You can start a new game and skip to the most recent content (the update with Penelope). After Ember's fight Danny opens up her thermos and gets her to talk. If that sequence isn't happening then your save is corrupted.
The update in July had the best scenes in the game so far. It took Gzone about a year to push out the July update with Penelope. Frankly, I'm not surprised this new update has zero content. So many people here and on his Patreon keep reporting bugs and other technical issues, issues that I've never experienced, actually I've never had a technical problem with this game at all, and that's largely because I don't keep around old saves. Start new game and either skip through all the old content or start at the chapter with the new content.
Anyway, I fully expect Gzone to have another update with actual content ready by next July. Till then I fully expect him to work on bugs or yet again redoing the fighting system in the game (which didn't need fixing to begin with, the old style was fine as is, it's just that GZone made the bosses too hard like with dragon lady, can't remember her name).

Try Shift-G when the game is running, then select the last (bottom) item at the upper left and the 1st item at the bottom left to 'Quit'. If that does not work, dunno what to say. You running Windows or ?
You completely ignored the "Started a new game". I know what happens after, finished this game more than once. But this problem is a first for me. Never had it before.
IDK about anyone else, but I like my save to reflect my choices, not the ones I didn't make. Maybe that is just me, but I am funny that way.

Is do wonder if when we get to Dan Phantom, that is the evil adult version of Danny, that we can somehow give Danny that form too?
Gonna have to make a brand new human form for him though since in the show, Dan Is still a teenage boy and not an adult

I know the feeling of this. Like if you choose Paulina for example for you date to the prom if you were to continue with her she should remember that you told her your really name was Danny. Or if you reversed the prank on Star, and saved Sam it should close her path or visa versa.IDK about anyone else, but I like my save to reflect my choices, not the ones I didn't make. Maybe that is just me, but I am funny that way.
Another part of me was hoping that there would also be a way for our young Halfa to be able to pop his cherry with any of the girls depending on how you played however as it is now while there is some spice it isn't fully opened. From what I saw it is possible to lose it to the following girls.
Paulina
Star
Desiree
Maddie
Kate
Everyone else is sadly is a no go seeing as even if you avoided everyone and everything eventually you will end up sleeping with Paulina Desiree Maddie, or Kate depending on how you play the game.

I think you have to save the game after you use the code, don't quote me on that.
You know as much as i love this game, i do feel it has a few problems. Not a whole lot, but a few.
1. I think it overuses Maddie a bit. She's great and i love her, but she maybe has a few too many scenes in game compared to the other girls.She does feel a bit at times like she was used just to give new scenes/filler for the sake of having it for the game. Not an issue but she is a bit overused compared to the others.
2. Some girls are very neglected like Sam. Whose storyline just...Doesn't fit with the rest of the game. Her story is more of a slow burn romance type thing, which would be great, but the rest of the game is more sexually charged and the girls are quite horny. As a result she kinda sticks out a bit as taking it just a bit TOO slow. Only by comparision to others mind you. Her story isn't bad or anything, but she's pretty neglected for unclear reasons. Most likey just cause quite frankly Sam is not very popular and not the most liked girl in the show. So people aren't exactly that interested in her. The devs seem to agree so far.
Jazz is starting to get content...Finnally. But not Sam. Despite some set ups for it. Some choices with her could of been nice even if they had consequenes like when she was prossed by Kitty.
3. The game has had several re-writes and removed scenes, which isn't neccecarly a bad thing. But does stick out. Such as how Paulina's story originally had her doing gloryhole stuff for money. Which honeslty was a weird, but not bad direction for her. But it's worth noting some scenes have been removed as they changed their mind on the direction. Honeslty i'm woundering if NTR was going to be a thing in this game...
4. Lastly, the art style change is...Well it's up to taste more than anything else.We can argue back and forth on if it's better or worse. But the change is still noticable and not that well implemented so far.there is an argument the original one was best as it was very similar to the shows style while the new one is more it's own thing with girls who just resemble the characters but as said. Up to taste.
These aren't major issues but still worth noting. Just wanted to voice them in a non hositle or angry manner for the devs.
Personal note as well. I wish they would introduce Dani soon as they have mentioned her in the past. I hope they do introduce her soon, even if she's aged up to Danny's age it could be quite fun for some self-cest to be in the game. As well as some pregnancy stuff even if just with the ghost girls as they spoke about before.
It is rather funny to note Danny doesn't really do the ghost girls in his ghost form yet for the most part.

I'd say that it is the way it is because of popularity. Maddie is a fan favorite from the show and porn material, while Sam has not many fans from the show and has waaay less material from porn material. As Patreon pages usually use polls for their next steps regarding content, more people will vote for Maddie than Sam - thus, the former will always end up getting more material.
However, if they keep the roadmap they've shown back in 7.5, Jazz will get more content in the next update and the one past it will be Sam-centric (I believe they might finish her arc there so they can focus on more popular girls).
Ah so i was at least right about Sam's popularity then most likey being a factor.
And it is qutie true. Maddie is a classic cartoon Milf so it's no surpise she's so popular. It's not a bad thing to have so much with her but she is being overused i feel.
