Well, the game still ends in the exact same place as before. So, were the new stuff at the beginning of the game? Middle maybe? Or do I need to restart the game?

If you are hard stuck and not able to play the new content for whatever reason, you can always edit the game/script.rpy file to include a jump statement (in this case "jump chap4_scene1" without the quotes) after the "label scene1:" (line 91). Remember to indent it with TAB.
This jumps you to the new content after choosing your name after starting a new game.
This problem was not present while we were testing but I'll add a "skip to" option to later versions in light of this.

Well this is the end for me. I knew it would be after the wife turned out to be the way she is. Maybe next time try looking into the kinks you plan on putting in your game because you missed the mark with the wife on both sides of that one. As a DOM we don't want to see some else being a DOM and for the SUBs the want to be to one submitting not watching someone else. On top of all the other things wrong with this story making the wife a DOM only makes it seem like the MC can't satisfy his women, just look at Melissa and what happens with her(I'm talking about the training and her betrayal). Now we have the wife needing to get some from 2 other girls because the MC is so bad at sex.
No chapter 4 for me either. And tinkering with scripts isn't my cup of tea.

I haven't played this before now but mine also ended with a screen talking about the end of chapter 3, so I was not using previous saves and I'm assuming from the comments here that it shouldn't have ended there?

I have two playthroughs, one where I fire Melissa and one where I kept her, but because the choice is stored on the persistent file instead of the individual save, only the last playthrough choice is use.
persistent.mel_keep variable, should have been mel_keep only to allow multiple playthrougs.
