Is the haruka nude modeling bugged still? Everytime i go to her class she’s still in a bikini even after agreeing

There are lots of different ways.
Pool: Start by just swimming with her (since you're naked, she'll lose Shame a little at a time). When her Shame is low enough, suggest that she use a bikini instead of a one-piece swimsuit. After a while, suggest that she swim topless (but keep on her bikini bottoms). Finally, suggest that she swim totally naked.
Shower: Peek on her in the Shower. If she catches you, her Shame drops a little. (She also will usually get upset; the level of Anger she gains depends on where in the undressing process she notices you.)
Art Room: Suggest that she pose for her own class when her Shame is low enough. (If she refuses, she needs lower Shame.) After (quite) a while, suggest that she pose nude for her class.
Lounge: At a certain point, you'll be able to tell dirty jokes to the faculty. Tell Haruka a dirty joke to lower her Shame.
Hallway: If no one seems to be there, and then Haruka appears with her back to you, pull down her skirt (and panties, whenever possible). This will, of course, make her upset with you (Anger +20).
Just doing these few things over and over, I lowered her Shame below 30 pretty easily. Note: If you make her upset, don't try anything like swimming with her for the rest of that day. The next day, you can talk with her in the Lounge or swim with her to reduce her Anger.

This is exactly correct. You first talk to Debby about wanting to learn about what she does as a nurse. She'll suggest that you read a magazine on it. Somewhere around skill 5 or 6 in Knowledge on Health Science, Matt will mention something about massage being helpful for a person's health. He'll then say that he should see if he can find a magazine about massage. The next time you're alone in the Lounge, you can search for a magazine on massage, and you'll immediately become an expert on massage.

Game is way too buggy... can't seem to progress even with patches.

Art teacher definitely bugged. elif statement that captures everything so does not move to the next level. Massage just takes several visits with Vanessa at the pool in the morning and it will come around.

Mobum I played through the game a bit and got the card card in the dorm to fire again. A couple things happened. One: everyone showed their cards and it was a draw, so no one lost. The next turn their cards stayed on display and updated as they got new cards.
Second: I think Kiera's ending is bugged. She loses her panties, takes them off and then she loses again without any cards drawn. Attached is a save just before it happens.

How do you get those things to consistently trigger?
You see, for a classroom event for the students, I can save scrum, and, eventually, I get an event for the student I need.
For the Haruka Hallway, or the shower, etc... they don't. I save scrum and its the same outcome every time.
Example: For class, I load no event, or wrong student, so I just reload until the right student triggers.
For Haruka's shower, if she catches me before she strips (no Anger and no reduced Shame), I reload and its that same scene, every time, no variation i.e. save scrumming doesn't change to, say, Haruka from spots me before strip, to strips without being caught, to I'm caught when she's naked (YAY... NOW I get the shame reduction).
Could be I have a glitch version, but my record is 50 reloads at the same time. That Haruka shower scene is a dud. Ditto the hallway. I'm at day 60... Shame 46 having focused on her since day 1. Topless swim needs 40 but...
Jokes in Lounge = Option doesn't appear
Go to spa = BUGGED Says need under 60 yet she's 45.
Shower = see above
Hallway = see above
Swimming = no lowering of shame
Her modeling = no lowering of shame
Tea event = done, repeats, no lowering of shame
I do think I did due diligence, but I think Haruka is FUBAR.
Game has other issues too that, for all I know, are related. I slept with Vanessa at the dorm once... and now, I no longer have any "after school" options. It's Vanessa all the time.
Then again, she begs me to get her pregnant... so that's not a total loss.

Correct. Those generally don't consistently trigger. Many of the events are random. Since you have 60 days to get everything done, though, I've found there's plenty of time to accomplish what I want. (For instance, right now Haruka's Shame is something like 7.) If I see an empty Hallway, I usually go there to see if there's an opportunity to pull someone's skirt down. If not, I cancel that action (end the conversation, choose not to search lockers, or whatever). Since that doesn't move time forward, I can then go to the Classroom and see if anyone is misbehaving. If not (again, time is not moved forward), I then do something else (depending on time of day and what characters are available to lower Shame, increase Lust, etc.).
Wow. Then you're way better than me, because in 60 days, I had ZERO "do nothing" segments. In fact, I actually took a spreadsheet (yeah... for a porn game... so shoot me) and figured ok... at MON at 9am... this woman get 2 points total, this one gets one... but this one gets 5... do the 5.
And so on.
That didn't work, so I tried Haruka as above. But yeah, I never take a "nothing" move. Luck of the draw I guess. I'll restart again with the next update.

I only accept the "nothing" moves when they don't actually cost me any time. I'm not sure what else to say. I just kept checking things and, if one thing didn't work, I tried another. (Also, since this is in Ren'Py, you have the rollback feature you can use to undo an action.) Some things that appear later (like telling a DIRTY JOKE in conversations) were excellent for continuing to corrupt people. I never got it so every stat on every girl was adjusted to the maximum or anything, but sometimes I felt you didn't really need it.
For instance, Mia will get naked and more willing to do things with lower Shame and higher Lust; there's no real need to focus on her Submission score. The same can be true for someone like Annie. For headstrong people like Tina and Chloe, Submission is very important in addition to Lust and/or Shame; in fact, sometimes it's pretty much required before you can change the other scores to where you want them.
It seems like I missed a lot of stuff when I played the game after the last update. But I missed a lot of opportunities to affect the girl's stats. I tend to lose track of the time and hit 60 days way too fast. I may wait until the next update and try a more focused play through. It would be nice if the day limit was extended though.
