To be fair, when it comes to some of us (since you like to rope every Nea fans into "SJW missionary crap"), we'd be happy enough not having to repeat the same things if there weren't a new hater coming to troll the thread or gratuitously shit on character they don't like pretending us to be forcing our views on them.

Not technically. The mods here might they it is, but a project is only ever truly finished them it's creator decides they have nothing to add or improve.
Often content gets pushed to the side when it's not necessarily relevent, or the devs lack time of knowhow to do something how they want to. It's not rare it ends up added at the end. Same goes with polish. Most games take a long while to get finished (when they are), and usually, by the end, the creators are way more skill than they were at the beginning. Some like to go back and redo some older content, refine it to a more acceptable level of polish.
Also, it's likely that, if Luxee was to just ignore PL "because it's complete", they'd end up distracted because a part of their mind would always be thinking back to what they could have done better. So, better for them to be content with it and move on with a serene mind.
