I have unlocked all achievements and collectibles and i've done all the quest. Is there still something to do or unlock in the game?
Other than play some repeatable scenes and earn more money, all you can do is wait for the next update.
I think you need to spy in her room at night, just move to that area and start skipping time until you encounter the event.
Find the save on the third Load page (3).
I have everything unlocked except 1 achievement which is the Addict one because I think it may be bugged and it simply won't trigger no matter how many drugs I chug. Enjoy.
I like this game so much, played through it a couple of times, even signed up on Patreon.

Almost picked this game up before I stumbled across the posts talking about the unavoidable NTR/rape.
