for what u need a cheat ? sorry but the game is not too grindy, if u take the computer / programing lessons and periodicaly work u have enough money as for the stats with the girls, following the line of the game they raise quiet quick

In your room click on computer, start learning programming, after five lessons you will have to pay, continue , your money will increase gradually, after 5 lessons you will earn like 4000 per each programming session. I did this for the first 10 days of game together with increasing my Intelligence (go to school) after that I started the different quests

Learn programming and earn money to improve your programming skills buy new programming skills. Over time, you will earn more and more money.
