After installing the cameras at Emma house you can spy on them on the MC pc try different hours to see the events you will see the icon on the MC pc sometimes the icon is not availabile meaning there is nothing to see.

Victoria's husband , you won't find him at home, but you'll find her and that's it (and it only happens once, at least until the next story update)

I wouldn't say it's a gorefest, but there is violence with vampires/thugs and some gore if you make the wrong choices.

You have to buy the lockpick to the dealer in the alley at night, then you have to lockpick the rooms and bathroom when no one is inside. You have to buy a lockpick each time you use one. And for the photos just keep building relationship with Lucy and spy on her when she bathes it'll happen at some point
