Looks abandoned to me.For the love of, the game HASN’T been abandoned, the devs made it abundantly clear they were releasing the entire game at once from the start of development with the exception of a demo.

A random mod putting an abandoned tag on a game doesn’t make it abandoned, especially when the devs literally said it’s due soon a month ago.Looks abandoned to me.
Steam must be broken then. It won't let me buy it. Weird.A random mod putting an abandoned tag on a game doesn’t make it abandoned, especially when the devs literally said it’s due soon a month ago.
A random dev, who talks a lot but doesn't deliver, doesn't gain everlasting truth either.A random mod putting an abandoned tag on a game doesn’t make it abandoned, especially when the devs literally said it’s due soon a month ago.
Kaliyo and their team have made multiple games, hell the team was one of the FIRST actual weg teams. they’ve also explicitly stated that they’re never doing a release like Arenus ever again specifically due to the problems that have cropped up during it’s development. Is it annoying as hell that they haven’t just but the bullet and released the game in a bugged state to get it done? Yes. But besides being annoying it doesn’t efffect me, because I’ve never paid them a cent.A random dev, who talks a lot but doesn't deliver, doesn't gain everlasting truth either.
With the abandonned tag is on, let us return to the question!I don't want to give out a specific release date. I suck at that, we all know, heh.
But maybe June or July could be interesting months for us.
Well they did state the next Roundscape update will only happen after Arenus release and it'll be the final Roundscape update too (named Gold update). What's in the future for the dev will now be a mysteryThat abandonned tag were something i feel like "about time" (altough i know the game isn't abandoned), however it feels like too early. Accroding to the last post:

How many Roundscape update will happen, before Arenus is out?
Ummm, there's already 3 post is about Roundscape on the Patreon, after the Arenus post?Roundscape update will only happen after Arenus release
They've said that every other month for more then a year, but this time is the one right? LmaoA random mod putting an abandoned tag on a game doesn’t make it abandoned, especially when the devs literally said it’s due soon a month ago.
Ah, I hope we don't strive for the good old "you didn't pay, you shouldn't talk about it" argument. Because it's not about who paid cash or not but about how many games they "plan" to release, or still have on the wip table. They already fucked up big time by announcing Arenus way too early. I'm an understanding person but the guy who was in charge of that project needs some serious 101 lessons in how a project has to run. The two main problems I have with the whole story is...Kaliyo and their team have made multiple games, hell the team was one of the FIRST actual weg teams. they’ve also explicitly stated that they’re never doing a release like Arenus ever again specifically due to the problems that have cropped up during it’s development. Thanks, at least one voice of reason in that madhouse thread. X3They've said that every other month for more then a year, but this time is the one right? Lmao
i mean, if I recall correctly it was 90/95% finished from a very long ago lolDoesn't the fact that the developer said the game is 90/95% finished make it pretty certain that it will be released soon? (As long as the 90/95% number is accurate).
You should come back to this AFTER you released Arenus and the majority of bugs are fixed. Right now the timing is a bit off but as an experienced and calculating person you wouldn't happen to make such mistakes, yes?Roundscape is one of the biggest nsfw games out there, and that's because we released content for it every single month. The ultimate mistake I made with Arenus was to go with a "final release" instead of early access and monthly updates like Roundscape. The pressure and work required to release one finished game is massive, the amount of unfinished NSFW games out there shows that.
We wanted to finish this project on our own, without having a publisher who forces us to add microtransactions to the game. I understand that delays suck, but maybe look back at how much we created in the past before trying to cancel us.
About the abandoned tag. Occam's razor: Like we would cancel a game that we invested so much time and money into.
Sometimes the easiest explanation is the right one.
No need to reply to this, i'm not here to start a discussion, was told by someone about the abandoned tag and wanted to write a small comment. But I like the tag, makes me feel like the underdog, especially with people trying to cancel us, so please keep it.
He's pushed it off again. (SURPRISE, not really)-Game gets a lot of hype, patreon subscriptions increase
-Developer can't even set himself a date of release for literally years
-Community starts to hate him for delays
-Gets abandoned tag
-Developer proves his point
-Refuses to elaborate
The end of July is coming with the indefinite day of release... but you can't be so sure because he didn't said which YEAR it will be. Classic Kaliyo moment
Wasn't that the case for a while now? As far as I know, steam release was intented to be a couple months after patreon release. He's pushed it off again. (SURPRISE, not really)
Now the Steam page shows Q4 2022. He's really fleecing hissuckerspatrons.
It was supposed to be Q2, then Q3, and now it's pushed off to Q4. I fully expect to see it go into 2023 in the next couple of months.Wasn't that the case for a while now? As far as I know, steam release was intented to be a couple months after patreon release.
