Could you elaborate what you mean by this? An example for story being and/or characters including MC acting immature? What would you do, what would you change to make the story 10x better? You are claiming not slight improvements but 10x after all.
Are you planning to create anything? perhaps an AVN, a book, a novel, maybe even a short film? As you can see from the top games list, people around here regards this game as one of the best. I'd genuinely hope to see you create something that will be 10x better of this game.

Artemis' story never claimed as being in real life story. For claiming story does not make sense you need to find inconsistency in storyline, the world created by the author. You can't say dragons are not real therefore this story does not make sense in a fantasy setting story. In Artemis story our characters are good enough to be that good. MC is a coding genius and created AI with his high school sweetheart, this is an established fact in the story line. Kindra is entirely different story, she is a genius among the geniuses, protege of a heritage that created by 2 geniuses who are the parents of her. Her mother discovered her talent in music when she was around 10. As Cassandra said, she was in top 3 of every subject even though she was much younger than them. Also there are people like them, for example Ben Franklin was a writer, scientist, inventor, statesman, diplomat, printer, publisher, and political philosopher. Was he too much too?
All in all, what you say does not mean anything in this regards.
What is exactly makes it deus ex machina? If you are talking about everyone being good at what they do, you should look up the concept of deus ex machina. That basically means untangle plot point by improbable character, which is never the case for Artemis. The closest one being deus ex machina is Project Zeus but the effects of it still not revealed, therefore we do not have enough info to create such a strong opinion.
As far as the story goes there is nothing resolved unexpectedly and there are no unbelievable character which creates miracles without establishing their capabilities. Being coding genius, engineering master etc. is not even remotely close to what you are saying.
Have you played the game? Are you not seeing the connection of sorority house to plot? Ex president of INK founded IV which is basically the place where story unfolded. Zelda a lawyer who currently working on AI case, Reina president of IV who binds them together, June a chemist which actively working on Koko AI robo pooch etc. Not gonna dive deep but almost all of sorority girls, except freshmen as of yet, is part of main story. Since the story is not over yet and when there are lots of indication that they will be integral part of the story claiming they are not needed is being prejudice and extremely unfair.
Forgive me but I am convinced that you haven't pay attention to neither to the game nor the story itself. Saying MC is too weak minded after knowing what he went through is either being cruel or not knowing what is human psychology. Since you seem like know a few things about it and does not sound like cruel, I am convinced you have not been paying attention to the game.
Ain't no one getting fucked over like MC got, starts trusting people that easily. 3 years extensive care of doc is barely enough and you can't claim this being unreal. What you are saying, after living a betrayal from someone too dear to you and almost causing you committing suicide is curable by being near to a few hot women. You repeatedly mention immaturity yet what you suggest is nothing more than hot girls cure depression and I am pretty sure when things came down to getting help for terrible experience and slipping a few times through the process and what you claimed, people with healthy thinking will always choose the first one as more realistic one. Due to a majority ruling your opinion is not correct. It is simply a bad opinion. I assume you are just trolling badly because no one would call this bad writing. The story makes sense. Yes there are "impossible" things happening. There is also other games that make tons of sense and have magic. Thats not real. :O how dare they write a fantasy?!?!? To be fair, the story doesn't make real life sense because it's absolutely unrealistic that a single individual could program an android like that, let alone within such a short timeline. But since this isn't a hyper-realistic story, it's entirely consistent with the rest of the "reality" within the story.
So, if one is looking for a hyper-realistic story, then no it's doesn't make sense and is poorly written. But in a semi-realistic fantasy entertainment story, it's entirely possible and logical.

MC doesn't have to program the android, he only has to program the learning components for the new shell. He already has the baseline from the robodog which had it's own ability to self-extend the base code and learn how to learn, something which MC was surprised by when he met the most recent version. Where he can add improvements and work through incompatibilities as well as add new function capability (original baseline code was a quadruped and male whereas Artemis is a bipedal female, etc.). Much of Artemis' core function code was already done by Kindra's parents, so he can focus on the AI portion.
However this is a science fiction setting where technical facts are not a limiting factor. This is a story about people, not how to run a software and hardware development project and all the potential pitfalls that you have to plan for and work around.
People have their preferences that differ from your own. You are being a condescending asshole for no reason. I dont think the game is a masterpiece either but I dont think people who like it have 'no emotional maturity' or 'are too young for porn games'
