The Au Natural Banner? First I found a screenshot I liked, threw it into photoshop. Added text and a small outline. Made sure the dimension was cropped at 850 x 200. Submitted the banner to this thread. Copied the link address of the submitted image. Then went to Your Account > Signature on the User Panel and I used the following bbcode:

IMHO there is literally no more apt representation of this thread's ideal than this game, which focuses on the adventures of a former top model now pushing into middle age and having let herself go a bit after having a kid and winding up in a tedious marriage.
Freckles, sag, tummy, smoking, and a huge, hairy, untamed bush are all par for the course here. But even beyond that, the focus of the game/AVN is rooted strongly in this milf's experience of becoming comfortable with all of her body's 'shortcomings' and leaning into them rather than trying to change her into some boring, basic-bitches barbie doll.

I can't believe that I've never come across this thread until now. Some great shares and a few of my favorites on the list. I'm a big fan of naturally curvy adult women with a nice bush and its great to see my people sharing here!

I'm by no means an expert, but I'd say...
In terms of 3D modeling:
The top two would be Blender and Daz. Both have their advantages and disadvantages so you'll have to do the deep dive yourself to see which one works for you, but this might be a good place to start.
Another way less popular option is ZBrush. ZBrush is extremely good for high-end model sculpting, but the sculpts made in it are so insanely high-poly that you have to do a ton of extra re-topologizing work to make it even useable as a character rig (plus you usually have to import it into another program anyways). There's also Maya, which was super popular years ago but isn't as popular these days given how overly complex it is. Great if your into the more technical side of 3D like hair and fluid simulations, but for normal 3D artists its honestly overkill. Plus Blender can do a lot of what it does already anyways (for free). Of course you don't have to use just one program. Many top-tier artists like GrayTShirt uses Blender, Daz & ZBrush depending on their needs.
In terms of post-processing:
The obvious choice is Photoshop, its the swiss army knife of photo/art editing. However I'm personally looking for alternatives given Adobe is the Great Satan. Here's a handy chart for alternatives because fuck them:

In terms of game engines:
Ren'py is the most popular and most accessible and generally pretty lightweight if done right. Its the standard for a reason. Unity is superb but there's much more work involved than Ren'py. Avoid RPGM like the plague. It's bad and very outdated.

I personally think that female characters with both small boobs AND big butts are kind of rare in these games/VNs. But there are quite many women whose physiques are like that. Holly from My Fallen Angels kind of fits, except her boobs CAN look a bit bigger depending on the scenes. Plus the game itself doesn't necessarily aim for the most realistic appearance when it comes to the characters.
Just the other day, though, I started playing MWNeus, in which I discovered that Neus the LI has small boobs but with a big butt. Now, the way the developer has designed her body, her hips and butt are too wide and big in my opinion. But it's still refreshing to see a character whose breasts are small but also has a big ass at the same time. If you can imagine her hips were a bit narrower, and with her butt being a little less substantial, I think she'd actually look very believable/realistic in terms of how a regular girl might look. Her pubic hair also has more of a trimmed look which, in my opinion, is also very realistic as there are quite many women who go for this look in real life.
Below is one of the preview images you can find in the original post of the MWNeus thread. That's what I mean by the hips/butt being too big, however, it is still realistic enough in terms of the idea that the small boobs/big butt combination is not that rare in real life. Also, I really like her thick thighs. They look better in certain scenes more so than others, but in general I appreciate this aspect of hers as, more often than not, the girls in these games either have the big tits plus barbie body, or small tits and skinny all over.
And the image below is the screenshot of one of the images you can acquire through playing mini games. Here, her hips actually don't look that wide, but note the pubic hair having the kind of "haven't shaved for a little while" type look. A LOT of girls have this in real life, because sometimes you just get too lazy to shave, or don't have the time, or the skin got irritated, or what-have-you.
Anyway, I just thought I'd offer my take on the whole subject. Maybe not THAT realistic as the dev sort of exaggerated her hips a bit too much, but I think the idea itself and the direction is kind of going toward that believable look of some of the everyday girls you can find at a local university, or working at Starbucks two blocks down, or something along those lines. At least it's nice to see a developer who is willing to do that instead of just going along with the neverending big-knocker craze.

Well, wide hips can be common, depending on where you live. Personally, when a game seems to exclusively feature girls with narrow hips, skinny legs and a small but, I'm just out, because that's pretty essential to what I find physically attractive on a woman. I live big natural breasts as well - very much so, but huge tits and tiny hips are a weird combination. Very true about the width of hips and, shall we say, ethnicity correlations. In the case of Neus, I find her waist to be a bit too narrow for that hip width to look realistic. But that's just in comparison to everything else about her. Also, there are various scenes where this aspect of hers appears to be more emphasized than in certain other scenes. At any rate, my own preferences include big yet natural butt and small boobs, so her physique definitely caught my attention, in a similar manner Holly from My Fallen Angels did in the past.
On a different note, I recently played another game called Revenga in which one of the MC's cousins is an alt-girl type character. In terms of natural, realistic look, she has many moles on her back. Doesn't look bad on her or anything. On the contrary, I find those to be an endearing aspect of hers.
I've noticed some devs doing more with moles and other marks a lot more lately. I'm not sure if that's because the software started allowing it to be easy or if its just a trend, but it does help realism, the same way that freckles do. Plain, smooth, uniform skin makes it sometimes feel as if the character is a manequin or an android.
