You have to read the book history of the ahrendelle in library and the next option is the important one, take the book or leave the book, leave the book will get you the "to be continue", if you take the book its the anna/elsa ending.

This dont have the chapter 8 two endings (if you take the book from library)
Considering the main route from what I understood was the deal with the succubus on acquiring Dorothy for her...So the walkthrough is based upon the options on getting best ending realistically

What do you mean "with cheats"? With "nude princess cheat cards"?
With cheat cards it is easy to win (not always, and with bad luck it may take some time). But you see the next card, D. doesn't. Thats a huge advantage. So you see her nude quite a lot
With normal cards it seems hard to win. A draw favours always D. (like she is the bank with "special bank-rules"). And the bank wins in the long run. May be RNG is also not fair for the player, because D. has "good luck". In that case, winning might be impossible, like you said.
I tried only once, then bought the "magic cards".
