And after u payed off those 50 glass you get a name on a paper from the school secratery

for sumy, you need to enter the cave and go down to the 4 way passage, then go under the arc in the middle (up), you will be in another 4 way look for the creace looking passage, she is in there, you need sophia at level 13 minimum using the save and load technique every round of battle make sure you hit and the enemy does its minor attack, then save and reload as needed, you will kill it just before you are killed if you do this.
as to the name on the paper i don't think it is in game yet, i haven't seen anything related to it since i got the name.

people keep talkinmg about opening the console, i hsave no idea how to do that and i try not to cheet in games other than what i call gaming the game, which is saving and reloading to get the results i want rather than being completely at the mercy or the RNG (random number generator).

i tried to solve my problem with olivia quest nr. 6 by using saveedit and the quest is indeed complete but didnt solve the problem. she is still at the beachbar and want me to do quest nr. 3 even thought i already completed 3, 4, 5 normaly and 6 with saveedit :/

and quest nr.7 also wasnt activated

First of, you need to install UnRen and use it to enable the in-game console. All that takes is a quick google search and you'll find the page on this site. After you get that done, you can rely on this post to give you pretty much all of the console codes you'll need. Not just for combat stats, but also the player stats and the amount of items you have.

Sooooo...jsut to be sure, is there no way to continue Sasha's quest after taking her to Dagon City (Quest 9)? I've done all of the other girl quests that are availble, and her's is the only one that still tells me to "let events take their course"

I can't tell you what needs to be done for her to show up, but to finally "unlock" her, you just have to go to the mall and click where the people are. I believe she wears mostly red in the encounter.

To get to the tavern, you need to have gotten the 5th reputation mission from Jennifer to go there, and it's located in the cemetary, which is where I believe you should meet Red.

I already did the fifth mission and accepted the sixth but when I go to the cemetery, he tells me "I have nothing to do here"

Dang, I didn't even know there was a sixth mission. I honestly don't know what to tell you then, sry. You must be playing the version of the game with the "R" at the end of the name, cuz the 5th mission of Bastard Girls R says to go to the tavern to deliver supplies.

to be able to unlock willow you must own the gym as in having payed the cost to get it and have hanna as a girlfriend, until that is met willow will not show up in the mall.

Np. If you've accepted the quest but don't have access, all I can assume is that there's something else you must do in order to finally have a reason other than the Rep quest to enter it. Unfortunately I can't remember that far back.
