It took me four attempts (full play throughs), but the fourth new game I started in this update, I was eventually able to enter the maids guild/temple. The other temple you can only go in twice. The first time, you are tricked into entering (but you have to for the story to progress), and the second time (you can immediately re-enter after the first event) is so they can apologize and explain some things to you. After that, you will be told that they are in "meditation" and you cannot enter again in the current version of the game.

Sophie, in her bedroom and the temple during the ceremony. Carol, in the pool and oral in the library. Elena, in the woods, the locker room, the school courtyard, the store changing room, the shower, next to the pool, and a half dozen different ways in her bedroom. 2 unnamed girls, while working in the pizzeria. That's all I've found.

Unless ZZ changed something (and his Patreon is currently under review) he was taking a break due to real world problems. I dunno what exactly was going on, but he swore he wasn't abandoning.
Oh, riiiight, that was the story. Well, F95 needs to make a new "hiatus" tag for projects that aren't abandoned but on... wait a min, there is an on hold tag.... Well, I hope the dev gets whatever it is worked out IRL. I would like to see the game completed.
