When I saw this on hold, I was shocked. I suffer from arthritis, so I get it what sickness can do to a person who might be seemingly normal to everyone's eyes and doing stuff. It is great that followers of 7th Vixen are understanding and patient. I mean look at some of other threads of games with slow update.

This shows that good people attract good people. Developer is a good person who takes time to give an update to everyone and also will converse with you like an actual person. I have seen no ego from the dev and Joey.

To the dev: If you manage to finish this somehow you earned yourself a carrot cake. Get well soon.
To Joey: Your dedication everyday astonishes me. I wish I was this motivated with my stuff too.

If there are signs of development from the Dev, then we'll drop the OnHold flag - it's not a permanent mark and certainly not holding back support for the game, considering the Patreon freeze.

Everybody is different. You don't know what the developer is doing besides the game developement. And a point I know from my life is, if you are trying to reach a goal and are making too slow progress, it can really stress you. And stress is the first step for a burn out.

That's why it went OnHold. We've seen this happen to plenty of Devs before: they put a lot of pressure on themselves to deliver against expectations, internally and with fans. And it adds up - everyone is human and needs to step back after awhile for a recharge. This is normal.



They are trying to work again, searching for a better pace. It feels a bit soon (if you compare to the experiences of others who took a pause), but hopefully this will work out for them.

Removing the OnHold tag for now, we can check in later to see about their v0.20 activity.

Given how it is set, + current status, a guess would be the best option right now.
Still, with the type of settings and features, the possibles paths are multiples and branches to.
Example with his own family, use the count resources to boosted internal development.
It could be mean a fall over others parts, knowing there is more than a way to go over most options.
Guess dialogues and the current most damaging options. Where it is individual based, tough.

Man, Annibal's death in diplomacy path is really well-done, great plot The writing is coarse, yet you can feel the weight of the story. There's real emotions in it. BFL surely is something else. Many of other "trending games" is just mindless porn compared to this.
