Yes, there will be. Maybe not if you only go after Nichole for a one night stand. Last 2-3 pages of comments are full of them from the last update. The girls meet each other and they are not happy.
I'm playing it all over again. There's a scene with MC's sister talking about Jane. After this scene comes Selina's mother and a conversation between Selina and MC. Whatever option I choose in this scene, I will be taken back to the scene with the MC's sister.
