Technically, there IS a Rosa path (it's even a flag in the game code according to the walkthrough). It's just not a "full" path. And it's tied to the Selina path.
The ideal way to follow it is to actively pursue both the Selina and Anna paths, give up Anna's path in favor of Catherine, take all the Rosa options on/parallel to Selina's path, and then meet Catherine at the club rather than meeting with Emma on the last night.

You can fool around a bit with all of them at first, but when the time comes to commit to an actual relationship, don't.
Unless you're dating Lisa. In that case you should probably avoid cheating entirely.

I think it depends on the girl. I'm positive Nicole, for instance, gives very little conseguences. In general i believe you can dodge consequences with a little cheating score.

Consequences weren't added until recently.
Now if you're caught cheating by Jane, Anna and Selina they will break up with you. Lisa's consequences are in the finale episode.

It doesnt help that a shit ton of games of the AVN genre do 'cest, having Julia locked out feels weird, especially since Jet kept teasing with nudes and what not... personally I am fine with it tho, its not a 'cest game, but at part it did feel like the game was implying it might turn 'cest at some point. Maybe a hidden ending further down the road? I wouldn't put my hopes up.

Jade is part of Lisa's alt route where you get both of them.
She's mainly into girls so if you aren't on Lisa's route those 2 get together and that's why she doesn't have a route of her own, she's bi but leans heavily towards women.
