And you think that this is the kind of game where you can kill someone without a very good reason to do it, even if that someone deserves that? What I am saying is that you cannot expect to coldly kill Vinny or someone else unless you absolutely run out of options. This is not that kind of game. And if I am wrong and DPC decides to implement those choices in the game, make no mistake, there is no way you are gonna get a decent ending out of it.
In DPC’s last game, you actually could murder a piece of shit character. You could just walk into his house and shoot him dead, and get away with it.

I still need to play that one but I heard its way dark. Don't know if I will enjoy too much of that.

Yeah, it was him.

The weirdest thing was there's a scene where you beat him up, and there's a counter for how many times you hit him, if you hit him over like 100 times (I can't remember the exact number), I think it's an achievement or something. Kinda made it funny.

But with Tybalt in BaDIK, there's no counter. It would have been funny if when he relayed it to Jill:

Tybalt: "...and he hit me, 153 times! I know, I was counting! I really don't think he likes me."

I guess with Tybalt you can't really hit him over and over, it's just a replay, whereas you can really whale on that dude from DPC's first game.

I still need to play that one but I heard its way dark. Don't know if I will enjoy too much of that.
You should, you don't get that kind of crisp storytelling often :D
For it's time, it was a hot game.
"Crisp" Storytelling eh? Luckily I was warned about that :D
I advise you to play the game is interesting.
I played it after playing up to episode 4 or 5 of BaDIK; wanted to see his earlier work. I didn't enjoy it very much.

The mc was like a 40 year old hitting on like 20 year olds. He just came across like a loser creep to me. And by the final act I was seriously losing interest.

People rave about his best friend in the game, but I found him childish for a dude that old (at least Derek is a crazy college dude, it's more tolerable).

So yeah, not what I'm looking for in a game. While BaDIK has a lot of drama, it is watered down by the college setting, the endless sex, and the comedy. DPC's first game was just melodrama to me (kinda like I imagine Drifty's new game will be :p).

I downloaded season 1+2 before interlude was released I think. Will it have the export saves to season 3 option?
If you've completed episode 8, the export will be ready to import into the Interlude (whether you downloaded the Interlude on its own last year, or as part of Season 3 this year).

I was being sarcastic. I find his first game to be mediocre if I am being honest.
Since this is gonna venture into off topic, I'll spoiler tag it: Liam was funny, but the overall cast is meh. But I do still hold it dear to me due to nostalgic factors.
It was recommended to me and was my first AVN. So I'll always be thankful to it for opening the door to this genre for me.
But overall, AL is mediocre game. I played canceled games better than it by now xD

This game isn't anything to write home about either. But as far as porn games go the bar isn't very high. So I think both his games are good by those standards.

I've said it a few times, I do enjoy BaDIK for it's comedy and characters. The drama and cliffhangers are cringy at times, but it's good fun overall. But tbh, I'm in it mostly for dalli_x and the community at this point. I probably won't stick around to finish it either. But I'm enjoying the ride as is atm.

As for the first title: I'll never say that AL is a bad game, but it is mediocre. There are characters I liked. I'm one of the rare few that enjoyed and like the twist. And that song that plays in the club and a few scenes is forever burned into my brain, lol. Add to that nostalgic value and I'll always respect AL. Doesn't mean I have to say it was an amazing game, since it wasn't.

:sick:She just sit there in the corner almost broken after it, I hate that scene, never again:sick:
Broken? More like fed up and drained of energy after the threesome with the succubus and the satyr.

All right. I'll take your word for it. I played it as well, several times. But probably never went down that route. That is not my cup of tea. Besides, Melissa's dad ends up dead one way or another, if my memory serves me well. So in the end the pig ends where he belongs.

I hope that discussion of the previous DPC game is not offtopic, so I will add my opinion. AL seems mediocre now in 2023 - it's just a "click left mouse button to see next pic" game and weak for our time visuals but a strong story that makes her stand out from others, but then in 2018 AL was unmatched.
Being a DIK has raised the quality bar to new heights, comparing DrPinkCake to Rockstar Games, who have set new standards with every new game.
Therefore, comparing these two games, of course, AL is seriously losing, especially looking from our time.

The thing that impressed me was that it was completed. Whenever a dev has one of those under his/her belt, my esteem for them increases immeasurably, as does my interest in their newest project.

And I have full confidence that BaDIK will be completed. From what I understand about DPC, he loves his project to the point of obsession. The only thing that can get in the way is some kind of force majeure situation, but I'll cross my fingers.

I don't think she is broken. I think she is pissed off because of Quinn treating her like shit and screaming at her during that scene.
