DPC can be pretty stubborn and I believe he has already said that the 5 main girls will remain the 5 main girls. Quinn will not be a main. She is playing a major part in the Others branch though, so maybe that's DPC's compromise given how popular Quinn has become with some of the fanbase.

I still hate her though. I hope the ending sequence has her rotting in jail.

Perfectly valid point of view. And you've got more guts than most people I see reacting to posts they don't like. This was from my recent one-

Do I agree Quinn should end up in jail? Eh.. not really? I mean, sure, laws are being broken, but at the same time: So what? A few people getting high here and there (bodily autonomy!), a bunch of people getting laid that might otherwise not have from 100% willing women (again, bodily autonomy), I guess I just don't see the problem with it. In the US, the idea of an income tax was originally instituted to help fund the war effort. Man should not be taxed on the very efforts of his own labors. If a woman is giving somebody head and she gets 50 bucks for it, she earned that 50 bucks, the gov't can kinda fuck off in my book.

So I guess the real question is what crime (other than tax evasion) should Quinn really be locked up for? Things that are legal in several states in the country already?

Jocks are already failed fraternity. They lost their leader and overrun by monkey now who will become a father of not his own child. They lost girls, because alphas+hots tradition is dying. Chad-Sage arc is closed too.

Your comment reminded me of this moment. The first time I read Maya's reaction and the following comments, I couldn't stop laughing.

But it gets even better when Arieth adds her personal touch.

You sound just like the guy from one AVN I played recently. He once was a part of the group of other cool guys. One day he returns but now he became bitter and maybe jealous of something, so he wreaks havok and insults others because ... reasons, I guess. Don't remember his name.

Because prostitution and drug dealing are both probably illegal in the jurisdiction the college is in. I joke about Quinn's obvious criminality, but from a story perspective I doubt anything is actually going to happen to her if she gets caught by the cops. Burke's position at B&R is based on his being able to pull in money from his old financial buddies, both in "scholarships" from the sugar daddies to select HOTs girls as well as more traditional donations to the college. If the college is exposed as a hotbed of drug dealing and prostitution that money is going to dry up quickly.

When Chad assaulted MC Burke kept everything on the down-low, doing the whatever was necessary to keep things swept under the rug. Had MC filed a complaint with the police to get Chad arrested I would bet that Burke would have intervened to quash the publicity of a star jock getting arrested for assault and battery on another student. That information would endanger the gravy train he has set up. If Quinn gets arrested for drug dealing and/or soliciting prostitution he would be right there making sure the proper campaign donations are made to the sheriff and district attorney, or maybe loaning out some of the girls to the right politicians to smooth everything over. That doesn't discount what might happen if Vinny gets his hands on Quinn after finding out that she was going around him for her supply.

I put a theory on Quinn in spoil even if it seems far-fetched:

it seems to me that we are missing what a theory should be, I am not referring to you but in general to the theories I read here

a theory should help to understand what is going on, to 'simplify' the story by eliminating aspects that otherwise cannot be explained.

the fact that one character is related to another does not explain anything. in this specific case the lady in the nursing home could literally be the grandmother of any boy or girl in the BR, even MC's. but it wouldn't change the story told so far one iota.

On the drug subject, I think you may be mixing dealing with using, I don't think people who just use drugs should go to jail, they need help, not being locked up for a stupid mistake that ruins their own body, but facilitating access to said drugs to other people is a whole other issue.
You shouldn't put people in jail for being crackheads but you definitely also shouldn't let those fucked up drugs flow on the streets without even trying to prevent it imo, people are dumb, a stupid little problem in their lives and you would have a drug epidemic on your hands if they could just go to a pharmacy and buy a spoonful.

If Quinn is indeed supplying shit like meth, heroin, cocaine or similar heavy drugs to students, she definitely needs to be taught a lesson to get her shit together
I don't remember if she actually deals with heavy drugs or if she just uses them though, so this point might be moot.

Forgiving those who consume but not those who sell drugs is one of the great hypocrisies of our times... in Italy we do the same with prostitutes...

Quinn has tried to sell cocaine, declared cocaine, once failing (as she often does), and then there is the magic syringe drug she used with Tommy that no one knows what it is.

for the rest we talk about weed, sugar and non-prescription drugs

I recently started the game and have a question regarding Josy/Maya. I'm in Season 2 episode 5.
Do Josy and Maya always stay a couple? Is there any chance that the MC has with one or the other?
I guess what I am asking is, should I really try to maintain a relationship with a lesbian couple?

Thanks! Appreciate it!

As of now there is no separate Maya or Josy path, however, I think if you maintain the threesome relationship at some time later if you focus more attention on one of them it would be possible to get individual paths.

If you decided to stay friends with them or they rejected you, there are points in the story that you can select that set up a future cheating path with Josy

I'm going to put my Dalix hat on for a sec. The Jocks are going to be pretty pissed off about the Diks Halloween party already seen a little bit of this with Dawe and will try to get revenge things fall apart when Chad finds out about the plan he tells MC. Chad becomes a honorary dik meanwhile Dawe trys to become a male stripper to support his kid(so he thinks) but fails

Nah, I just expect my hate to come from real accounts, not accounts whipped up for no purpose other than doling out facepalms. The reason I'm not here as often is because I got tired of having to tiptoe around a certain moderator who goes out of his way to be vindictive and ban people for OT posts, even when they're actually on topic.

You know, like this exact post pretty much is not. ;)

I love your memes and gifs, please don't stop (y)
But we all know perfectly well that the canon girl is Zoey (Even me, as Sage simp claims it ) Because MC "dated" her in game's pre-story, what makes it canon. All other girls are optional.

It's all true what you wrote. But that still makes Dawe so stupid as to prepare for some kind of revenge. The last picture was of him looking at the DIK house after the party...

Dawe's face at the end of Ep.9 is indeed suspicious (As always, Quinn's plan was not perfect, though not her fault this time). It certainly doesn't pay Dawe to take the risk of attacking the DIKs because his fraternity is under surveillance and he has a much more serious problem with future fatherhood. So starting shit and risking dropping out of college would be stupid, but here's the thing. IT'S DAWE. Dawe and "think with your head" are incompatible things. So something really bad could happen.

Not sure I like Quinn, but I enjoy her as a character and I certainly have a Quinn-focused playthrough. If she were only selling dope and running a prostitution ring, I would be squarely in your camp. As long as no one is being coerced or trafficked, sex work and drugs are a matter of personal choice, in my view.

I think where Quinn runs into trouble is that the "free tuition" rumor/promise could be viewed as a form of coercion, particularly for anyone desperate for it, such as Maya. She also was clearly trying to intimidate Mona, who seems to have fled campus because she didn't want to fuck the king pimp (aka Stephen Burke). And, her electro-shocking the MC to get him to the CUM-petition is at the very least assault, etc. The real villain of the game, insofar as there is one, seems to be the aforementioned Burke, maybe Vinny, and arguably Tybalt with his efforts to extort Jill.

But it's a porn comedy game with some deliberate melodrama thrown in, so "American Pie," not "Breaking Bad." Even if it were "Breaking Bad," if some audiences rooted for Walter White, then why can't some BaDIK fans root for Quinn?

Agreed completely. I actually liked him, but I recognize his failings. I think I would have liked him less if his wife hadn't been so unbelievably annoying. I'm not saying her views weren't valid, but she acted kinda like a screaming harpy, which is just going to make me want to shut you up in the fastest possible way. I have no interest in listening to somebody who shouts about everything.

Walt did (initially) what he needed to do to survive cancer. I'm cool with that. Then he had to dig out from under the other criminal problems. I'm still (mostly) OK with that. But man, he made some bad choices along the way that I don't support. He could have saved the chick from choking on her own vomit and chose not to. I can see both sides of the argument (she did rather keep Jesse in his addict phase), but I don't know if I'd just watch her die. Maybe call the police after making sure she doesn't choke to death.
