It's true that the big choice is episode 8 and anything before that is technically not cheating, but the tones of the relationships with Bella and Sage are already shifting to more serious. They aren't sorry while it's still hidden or while having the "affair", so are they truly sorry about what they did or only sorry because they got caught?
