At first i chose James and found out that Bella's husband is James so sometimes i mistake the MC for Bella's husband and the same goes for her husband so on my second playthrough i chose Alex and no i don't really choose my real name in games cuz that's weird and my name doesn't fit anyway.

You could buy all of them, when you finish one just open up the phone and call quinn and ask for a different one while you're in freeroam, that's what i did when i only bought Sarah i couldn't achieve it so i went back to Maya's room in ep3 where i had freeroam and i asked for the first and when i finished i asked for the other one and so on.If that's the case, I'd have to play from the beginning which I really dont' want to. I only bought Camilla as far as I remember.

First time playing it was Jonas as a nod to Jonas the MC in Acting Lesson. If I replayed from the beginning it would be Arthurius since its also the name of my MCs, also because the chances of running into a character with that name was none so it would be very unique, and Pendragon is the last name I always choose, a reference to King Arthur (since its a kingly name to justify banging multiple women especially harems and having endings with two women pregnant. Also the cucking of him by Guinevere is non-canon to me).

I prefer to keep the oficial name in case the game provides one, if not i usually go with John to keep it simple.
In every single game I enter my name as King Dick. It makes things endlessly entertaining, especially in games that try to make things 'serious'. In the rare game I don't get to choose my own name, it's really jarring to be called something else now.
