Guys I think you're giving Derek too much credit. I don't think he is this master tactician you make him out to be. Maybe now he is fine with it but in the beginning he didn't know MC that well yet, so he was being protective of his sister, which makes sense to me.

Dude, every Friday a lovely chap by the handle N7 graces this thread with a fully comprehensive, orgasm inducing update. The latest update says the next revision's development is about 80% through. Putting the release possibly some time early to mid April. Glorious times we live in!

That is where suspension of disbelief comes in.

For all the topics covered in this thread, and the sometimes heated debates that ensue, where various individuals call the developer to task over this or that arguably unrealistic content, the conundrum that is Arieth's enrollment is rarely put into the spotlight.

Basically she, and her dazzling intellect are there as a joke. As are the fact that Dawe is an academic moron struggling through basic English units, and yet the MC and Josy sweated so much about being accepted.

So yeah, the answer that the detractors despise so much is the only one that can suffice here... Just accept it.
