if you download the game from here (patreon version) you can download the update. N7 usually comes in with the update patch. I've been downloading the patches since chapter 2 from here. As long as your game isn't modded, you should be fine.

Even when the development takes some time. In each of the previous releases where special game mechanics that are unique (not repeating within the same game) not to mention the top notch regular vn stuff and the free roams and phone and classes. So much work, but really the best porn game in my opinion.
