The advantage of Josy and Maya is that they cheated on each other with the MC and found out in EP4 and are not jealous of each other. The issue is resolved.
The downside of Jill is that she is the only one of the LIs who hasn't cheated yet because she didn't have anyone to cheat with. That doesn't mean she won't in the future.
