That's why, to me, the only thing that saddens me so far in BaDIK is Quinns backstory, but there's nothing that comes near Acting Lessons... so far.

Well, he is a writer, that's why it's called an Adult Visual Novel, the best AVNs have great storytelling and writing. Of course not all of them deal with complex stuff, but DPC likes that, and I can't blame him, I love it too. That's why you've seen plenty of people theorizing about what's incoming, why this thread has over 200k posts (it's crazy). Otherwise people would play it and no one would remember it.

You know what I mean. Having story doesn't stop it from being a porn game. It only makes it better, though I wish there was more management in it. Rebuilding the mansion was probably the most fun part of the game.

Well, there is management, you manage your paths and your choices, that's why I don't use mods/cheats, I want to manage my MC the way I want, but like in life, deal with the consequences. And, I still disagree, it's not a porn game, it's an AVN, changing the story through choices we make, with everything in-between, character arcs and all, that's what I love about games like those. The sex scenes I honestly don't really care about them, they're alright but those I see as bonuses, nothing more, winning over those LIs is what turns me on.

But that's just my humble opinion, to each their own man

I agree with everything you said except for the management part. Choosing paths isn't really management. I also like consequences, but only the ones I want. That's why cheats are so nice to have.

I once thought like that too, when I was way younger than I am now (not trying to be condescending), of course I mod some games like Skyrim, Fallout, Cyberpunk and the like, to add to the game though, not for cheating, but AVNs ?

You can be just neutral for M+J, no need to dip in the Chick spectrum; my throuple run has the MC practically all the time with DIK status and neutral affinity, with no issues.

Thanks for the clarification, that's not what I did read at the time so I didn't take chances and was Neutral-Chick. Fortunately it's pretty easy to maneuver that affinity bar, up to the major choices.

Thanks for the clarification, that's not what I did read at the time so I didn't take chances and was Neutral-Chick. Fortunately it's pretty easy to maneuver that affinity bar, up to the major choices.

I remember my second playthrough, my first chick run, a save i had back from first release and didn't use any WT.

First i got rejected by m/j cause i thaught, not fucking Josy as long as she was in a relationship was the chick thing to do...
Then i got rejected by Bella cause she found Cathys slip, just wanted comfort poor Cathy
and lastly i got rejected by Jill, cause i took the obvious chick choice, to take care of a sick Sage
And so i ended on a chick others path...

Either the rights to the music are taken away, then a scammer appears and the DPC's mood is spoiled for a week, to develop something there. Next week will begin a period of rehabilitation from mental anguish. At this rate, episode 9 will not be released this year. I had suspicions that he was just playing for time, but this already goes beyond all reasonable limits.

When he dealt with Friday Prophets, the computers continued to work on the animations, so there was no downtime. Here we do not know the situation, except that the DPC almost did not work. If he returns to work at a normal pace from next week, then I think that the release will be no later than mid-November. Most of the game is already done.
