I also work for government (did IT stuff some years ago but changed back to the roots), some workers here at my place better should quit to increase intelligence and morale. But the others compensate and this is why it works. Learned not to complain too much cause it won't change anything but stressing me.
It will take some time cause BaD is now on Steam, DPC has to transfer the game files to US only using an old 3.5 floppy disk. Imagine how long it takes to travel to US from Sweden and back only to transfer 1.44 MB each trip.

For the update, nothing official, just speculation, I think we can forget about a september release, leans more towards mid to late october, perhaps even early november. I guess a Halloween release would be fitting, given the Halloween party in Ep9.

it's just a mini game of fight that can be seen as turn based(not mandatory)
And it's also good that technology has stepped far ahead and DPC is no longer forced to use punched cards.
