Regarding the ads :
In original BB I had the feeling that buying more than 3 ads does not provide more benefit since number of viewers and income seemed limited.

In BB_AS things are different.
As can be seen in definition of the method buy_promoution(), every ad invites viewers to the viewer pools, so you can buy unlimited number of ads without risk. Buying an ad also seems to restore grow-numbers of cameras.

I did a small test starting with 23k $ investing all into ads and after a week I had 50k $. (All cameras are installed, Max mostly stays near pool during day.)

Start : 23.812 $ -> buy 476 ads

Day 01 :  8.574 $ -> buy 171 ads
Day 02 : 15.004 $ -> buy 300 ads
----------------------------------
Day 03 : 17.261 $ -> buy 1 ad
Day 04 : 13.273 $ -> buy 1 ad
Day 05 :  9.924 $ -> buy 1 ad
Day 06 :  6.227 $ -> buy 1 ad
Day 07 :  4.378 $
----------------------------------
total : 50.904 $

So buy as many ads as you want, probably at least 1 per day, and be aware that it takes a couple of days for the money to come back to you. I noticed viewer numbers going up to 64k near the pool.

I got two more concerns actually, how do you begin the "taking care of ur ass" opportunity and the books as well. the guide says i've reached the end of the current book quest but i was still able to buy one more book from the store. does this affect anything?

As far as I remember it was the same here. There was one more book to buy but that didn't have any effect on the story. It just made her happy for a moment. The book quest is not related to anything so even if it IS a bug it won't have any consequences.

As for books, as Nemo56 said, so far buying books and giving them to Alice is only used to improve the relationship between Max and Alice, as well as to improve Alice's mood. And not buying them will only affect this case and has no other consequences.

alright i did everything but still nothing. latest patches then did all the quests in the guides. bodusuit has also been given but quest still wont trigger . checked the progress thru editor and it still says o times protected even tho i've protect her multiple times already

I really want to like this game but the grind is ridiculous! It takes forever to do tasks and if you don't do stuff in the very specific way it has to be done you are screwed. I'm disappointed.

I really don´t understand why people complain about the grind. I think it makes the game more realistic, since it also forces you to work to get the reward. There are a lot of other games that allow you to have sex since the first minute and I personaly consider those games to be repetitive, unrealistic and boring.
Of course it´s a matter of taste or preference, but that´s why there are some many games to choose from. I personally enjoy this kind of games the most

I like this kind of games too. The problem with this one is that the grind is way to much. I am not kiding. I'm on save 362. 362! and also. It is not realistic at all. It is just the same repetition over and over again... Well. I will stop complaining. This is not who I am. Just venting Time to go on. There are so many good ones out there!

You're never screwed, you only need to find out how to do it right.
"Screwed" would mean you can't solve it anymore, but there are no dead ends ... yet

Thanks to the ingame hints it's now also possible to get to the random events, there was one which was a real pain in the ass if you didn't know THAT it had to happen and didn't know when. Now there is a hint about both.

As for the grind ... it's ok. Follow the daily routine to keep your sisters happy and your're good. Money is only a issue at the beginning. Everything else is story-based.


@Josellito99 No, grind never made any game realistic (except for the money maybe). The only purpose of stat grinding is to stretch game time, now THAT is a realistic view
I've easily played hundreds of adventure games over the years and in none of the good ones grind is a thing. The worst I can think of right now is to find the insult answers in Monkey Island. Since it's random which pirate knows what, you need to try a few times to get them all.
Also the first porn/AIF games were based on an adventure system (if you ever get the chance, play "Moist" on Adrift or the "Sam Shooter" game series), it's just that these days the renderings take a lot of time, therefore the development takes a lot longer so people need something to do while waiting for the next update. Other players don't want to play at all and just click through visual novels.

You have to peek into Alice’s room while she’s blogging at 21:00. She’ll notice you and you can give her the gift there. Hope this helps!

The patch does not work for the compressed version, you need to download the full version.

You can see the changes from 7.1.00 to 7.1.02 in the changelog on page 1. The "ass" quest is bugged in 7.1.0, so yes, you should update.

Does the compression change the script?
Compression usually only affects media files like images, sounds, videos ... unless their filenames and endings in the script are changed, the script should not change ...
Patching is usually just replacing the old script with a new one ...
