No. If a conversation button appears then you can converse, otherwise there's nothing to talk/do at that place during that time.

That's not what I meant.

Just meant an actual hotkey for the Talk button so I don't have to click it with the mouse, kinda like spacebar for the Wait button.

No there's no Android port. With unity games, port should come from the Dev (which it didn't), because unlike renpy, not everyone can port it from a pc version by themselves.

If you want to play BB on Android, Play this one.
It's a remake version from another Developer(Aleksey90). It's still at the beginning stage, but he's planning to take it further than Darksilver ever did.

There is to many different ways to get to the same point so no mod can handle all that without a lot of time invested so its not a good idea to go for.
