Is the game very much of the "just fuck and impregnate girls and have fun" style or is there, shall we say, relationship building?
While I don't expect an absolutely romantic, lovey-dovey game, I do like more of a "I want to build real relationships with girls" type of game than a "I just want to fuck girls" type of game.
Nothing wrong if the game is the latter, but yeah, I'd like to know.

At this time it's very soft with the relationships, it's more like a Sims gba or even Animal Crossing where more the girls likes you, more things you can do. If they likes you more, their dialogs will change according to their personality, even can get gealous if you get other pregnant more than her etc.
This game have a lot of road to improve and grow, right now for me is one of the best about pregnancy sandbox, maybe in the future the relationships could be a little bit deepers, with weddings etc, who knows.
