fov ### command changes fov to the specified numerical value. Can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure its just fov followed by a number

Not aware of a infinite ammo cheat, but I typically use "god" and "fov 100" when I just wanna play around with the naughty scenes.
You can spawn enemies, give yourself ammo but you need to know their names in the source code. But do not ask them here because no one knows it.
Use unity console unlocker, follow the instructions how to use it. A download link is buried somewhere in this thread.
