Well if the first project won't start to make money then you'll have to try a second project to see if it makes more money. shrug

I too despise it, but I do understand why it is done:
Whether the game is completed or not matters little in the grand scheme of moneymaking!
By keeping people interested in the game for a longer period of time the content creators can receive more monthly payments on patreon and similar sites. So there you have it in a nutshell!
"Getting burned out" or "losing the passion for a project" is and excuse that is heard often though. It might be true for some, but because most people before them simply do it for the money we end up with a "cry wolf" scenario on our hands. That sucks.
... and so does unfinished projects.

Now for a little positivity at the (rear) end: Sweetheart the broken angel is delicious. Pocahontas too.
And women in collars! Yes please! So yeah, lovely ladies to look at in that group photo!
