you will automaticlly get it when u speak to red hood at upper lutwidge town,just went to the bonfire and speak to red hood at 0 san and u will get the scene

Getting every Red Hood dialogue, 6 memories, all fairy tale books, and NG+ where you dont skip the prologue and not pick any of the 3 options for alice. Not sure if you need to pledge all heroines though (been awhile since I did that run)

Get all red hood dialogues, all memories, get the Prickett's, Mary Ann's and Shivuchi's Ring, library and prolly meet someone familiar from the Black Order for the best experience

Its the Boss Girl of the Clocktower. You need access to Oxword Academy. It comes after the Lutwidge City, but you need the Ring of the Boss in Mental Ward (which is in the City). You need to wear the Ring to open Oxword.
