We released this demo specifically to hear from players like you. Even though our main character was designed as a fully-fledged personality with his own name and backstory, we're open to player feedback - after all, if you like playing under your own name, why not?

The second part, with Gangster's positioning and movement bit I initially thought to just explain it all in text, but changed my mind because I thought it would be much easier to understand using screenshots as visual cues.
Of course, had to take a bunch of screenshots but I am glad you were able to catch what I was referring to.

By the way, 2 questions I would have, that is if you don't mind revealing them, are

1) that how many LIs in total are planned for this game?
2) all games have main LIs, but some may have side-LIs (or flings, characters not romanceable, but where MC will be able to do naughty lewd acts with on the side). Will this game have any side-LIs?
Of course, if answer to question 2 is yes, then I'd be interested in knowing how many would main LIs and how many would be side-LIs.

I mean I disagree in that name change option is always a must; sometimes there may be (or not) a story based reason as to why the character is named that way (hence name is not customizable), or the dev may have another reason.

But even putting that aside, you couldn't have just simply said something like "I really don't like playing MC who has my brother's name"?

- You can't save everyone.
- Not all characters will survive until the end of the story.
- Choose between the light or dark side of the hero.
- Hot girls await your attention.

I reckon you'll have more fun drawing your own conclusions from the plot snippets we've shared and this note.

But if you're looking for a straight-up hint - yes, there will be plenty of characters, and yes, of course, there are main and secondary characters. Each lady in our game is a fully-fledged character, even if she's a sidekick.

And even if I didn't, there is no way in hell's half acre that I'm playing a porn game using one of my brother's names. While I also like naming options, and I will give you that "not wanting a certain name" may even be a stronger argument than wanting a certain name, I gotta say, since you escalated like hell: yes, absolutely, "cReAtIvE fReEdOm". Any dev is allowed to do as they like, even if it would be the most stupid idea. And nobody is "inflicting" something on you because it the situation is easily avoidable - ignore the game if it does something like that and you cannot handle it.

And as JJJ correctly said, sometimes there are good reasons for the player to have a certain name and it not be changeable to "BigDick3000" or whatever. I don't want to argue whether it is the case here, but for example any parody game where you are a set character in a narrative universe would be an example.

Indeed, we conceived the main character the way we did. It works like that in many creative spheres, like books, movies, or theatre. But, what's way more important to us is making the gameplay enthralling for the players because, after all, we're doing what we do for you guys. We don't want to impose our personal vision on this matter (even though we surely have one), and if we see that a bunch of players really do want to play under their own name for a deeper immersion into our story, we wouldn't have a single reason not to roll with that.

You really should include the standard option for player to name the MC.

1) It is very helpful to a subset of players who want to use a specific name.

2) For the random set of players who know someone close to them with the name you picked, it is VERY important to them to be able to change it. WHATEVER name you pick, you are EXCLUDING a random set of players from your game where that name is a close family member, unless they can change it.

3) You can include text saying you strongly suggest that people use the default name - you don't lose your "intended approach" that can be used for the those who find it fine.

I think that´s a bad choice. Most players prefer to input custom (their own) names. And many refuse to even play as somebody else. I would definetly never support a game that requires me to play as some randome dude. But you do you.
I hope that one of the modders take care of this issue.

So, dev´s want feedback: I like the mature mc, he is not a beta, quite expierenced, not a teenager.
Writing and English is good, at least for me as a non native english speaker.
Story, not much so far but promising at least. But the mc seems to be really bad at aiming wasting 90% of his shots lol.
Content for a demo is short but promising. Renders are top, animations are at least ok. Btw missing tags: animated
